Just what is a garden light? Many people think of them as simply any lights you would put up in or around your actual garden. The same goes for trees, scrubs, or any greenery. There are specific techniques that you can use to create all kinds of dramatic effects that can change the way your home or business looks. It is very inexpensive because no electricity is used, and safer because no live wires are running through your yard.
